60″ Round Table Seating

Our 60″ round folding tables are a strong choice for weddings, showers, family reunions, graduation parties, and seated meals where you want guests to face each other more easily. Round tables create a more conversational setup and can help an event feel a little more polished than long rows of rectangular tables.

Up to 10 guests depending on chair size, place settings, and how much elbow room you want
Total: 8–10 guests per table

For most events, we recommend planning for 8 guests per 60″ round table. This gives people enough room to sit, eat, talk, and move their chairs without feeling crowded.

How Many Extra Chairs Should You Rent?

Always rent 10-15% more chairs than your expected guest count. People naturally want seating options during cocktail hours or when mingling, plus you’ll need extra seating for last-minute RSVPs, vendors, conversation areas, and backup chairs.

For 50 expected guests, rent 55-58 chairs. For 100 expected guests, rent 110-115 chairs. Our black metal folding chairs support up to 250 pounds and rent for just $2.50 per chair for five days.

Space Planning Tips for Your Event

Leave at least 6 feet between table edges for comfortable movement, or 8 feet if you’re having servers navigate between tables. Keep pathways to restrooms, bars, and exits clear, and position tables so hosts can easily move between guests.
