How long is the standard rental period?
Every rental automatically includes our 5-day window for one flat price. We believe you should spend your weekend celebrating, not rushing to return equipment. Typically, our customers pick up on Thursday/Friday and return on Monday/Tuesday.
Where do I pick up and drop off my items?
All rentals are DIY pickup and drop-off at our location in Brookline, NH. Once your booking is confirmed, you will receive a detailed email with exact pickup instructions and hours.
What kind of vehicle do I need?
Most of our inventory (chairs, tables, and games) fits easily in a standard SUV, Minivan, or Pickup Truck. If you are renting a large tent or a high volume of chairs, we recommend bringing a helper and ensuring your vehicle is cleared out to maximize space.
Are the rentals cleaned between uses?
Absolutely. We pride ourselves on quality. Every item is inspected and sanitized before it leaves our warehouse to ensure it’s party-ready for your guests. We simply ask that you return them in the same clean condition.
Can I use the equipment for indoor events?
Yes! While our tents are popular for backyard parties, our tables, chairs, speakers, and games are frequently used for indoor weddings, hall rentals, and basement birthday bashes throughout NH and MA.
How far in advance should I book?
Our peak season (May–October) fills up fast! Email us as soon as you have your date set for a free quote and availability information. Online booking is temporarily paused.
What if I need the equipment for more than 5 days?
We can often accommodate longer rentals! Please email us at 603eventrentals@gmail.com before booking so we can check the schedule and provide you with a custom quote.
